Along with regular workouts and a proper exercise schedule, what goes into your stomach decides how much weight you will be putting on or losing!
It is rightly said that breakfast as a king, lunch like a prince and dine as a pauper. What you eat in the morning decides how fit and healthy you are. But to avoid putting on weight, eat mostly fruits or eggs in the morning, no fatty matter. The idea of having small meals frequently works out the best for your body. Indulge in light exercises such as running, jogging and yoga daily to get that perfect shape you are craving for. Avoid eating too much non-vegetarian food and try having more fruits and salads.
